When you call, we ask three things first: the level of care needed, the budget range, and how many days you actually have. From there we can usually narrow to two or three realistic options within a single conversation.

How fast can this actually move?

• Same day: initial call, care-needs assessment, and a short list of homes with confirmed openings
• Within 24-48 hours: tours (in person or, if you're coordinating from out of town, we can tour on your behalf and walk you through by phone or video)
• Within the week: move-in, coordinated directly with the discharge planner or hospital case manager if one is involved

This timeline isn't a guarantee — availability shifts daily, and some care needs (heavier medical requirements, secured memory care) narrow the options — but it reflects what's realistic for most urgent placements in this market.
