Agreement to terms

By using lagunabeachassistedliving.com (the "Site") or our placement advisory service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What we are — and what we're not

Laguna Beach Assisted Living Advisors is an independent senior care placement advisory service. We help families identify and compare licensed assisted living, memory care, and board-and-care communities in coastal Orange County. We are not:

• A licensed care facility, healthcare provider, or medical service
• A law firm, financial advisor, or insurance broker
• An owner or operator of any community we recommend

Nothing on this Site is medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for those decisions.

Our service is free, and how that works

We never charge families for placement guidance. Licensed communities pay us a fee if you move in following our referral. This does not increase the cost to you, and it does not obligate you to choose any community we recommend.

No guarantee of availability, fit, or quality

We make reasonable efforts to recommend licensed, appropriately vetted communities based on the information you give us, but we cannot guarantee:

• That any specific community has availability at any given time
• The quality of care, safety, or conditions at any community, current or future
• That a recommended community is the right fit for your situation

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence — including your own tours, reference checks, and review of licensing records — before making a placement decision. We encourage you to verify current licensing status directly with the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division.

Communities are independent businesses

Every community we refer you to is an independently owned and operated business. They are not our employees, agents, partners, or franchisees. We are not responsible or liable for their actions, omissions, staffing, care quality, contracts, or fees.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting our contact form or otherwise providing your phone number or email, you consent to be contacted by us — and by communities we refer you to — by phone, text message, or email, including by automated dialing or texting systems, regarding your care placement inquiry. Consent is not a condition of using our service, and you may revoke it at any time by telling us directly. See our Privacy Policy for more on how your information is used and shared.

Site content and intellectual property

The text, design, and imagery on this Site belong to Laguna Beach Assisted Living Advisors unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laguna Beach Assisted Living Advisors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our referral service, including decisions made about care placement based on our recommendations.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
